Afterwards the Committee referred it to Mr. Kinnard to inquire of Mr. Hamlin if he would be security for the forthcoming of the Tools or Money in case Sealy became chargeable again. ~ At Sealys request he had an Order to go into the Workhouse. Moorhead……. Robert Moorhead applied for Cloathing & he would be no longer chargeable, he alledged his own Cloaths were pledged for 12s. 7½d. referred to Mr. Kinnard to give him a Guinea to redeem his Cloaths & for his present support & be discharged from the Workhouse. Being a Pensr Wright……… Elizabeth Wright applied for relief to enable her to place her Children out. Referred to Mr. Kinnard to relieve her not exceeding one Guinea for Cloathing for her Children.
