Transcription:

This day the committee met at the workhouse to inspect into the management thereof and the affairs of the poor belonging to the same according to custom. Then several poor persons who were in the house desired to be relieved and be absent as hereafter mentioned (viz.t)

Jamos Ofbozne be an out patient to the London Hospital Charles Taylor to have a pair of breeches & go out one day Elizabeth Ledinad to go out one day and return the next All which were ordered accordingly And then the following poor persons belonging to this parish but with azo out of the workhouse applied to the committee for relief as follow (Viz.t) Elizabeth Hannah Shift and pair of shoes Elizabeth Reynolds a gown Frances Walker a Shift Elizabeth Blair her Rent paid for thirteen weeks Elizabeth Stanton Petticoat and gown Thomasin Gobbson ____ week Martha Bynham gown two shifts pair of ___ & apron Ann Hosgill a gown Robert Frank a flint Ordered that ______ be provided and paid by Mr Church Warden Townsend At a meeting of the committee at the workhouse on Tuesday the Thirty First day of July 1794. Present Mr. Townsend Think Mr Rudd Mr. Day Mr Sam.l Butler Mr Walter Mr Alchozne This day the committee met at the workhouse to inspect into the management thereof and the affairs of the poor belonging to the same according to custom. Mary Bugos to fo out one day _____ Sarah Saluagot to be an in patient in some hospital All which were ordered accordingly And then the following poor persons belonging to this parish but who are out of the workhouse applied to the committee for relief as follow (viz.t) Hendry Day 4: Elizabeth Hannah an apron Catherine Ganis shift & apron Deborah Compton shift & pair of shoes Ann Yatos Shift & pair of stockings Mary Cornelius 6 P week added to prior Pension of 2P Ordered that hiosamo be provided and paid by W? Church warden townsend And then Mr Church Warden Townsend laid before the Committee a Bill due to Mr Hoar for extraordinary charges & expenses occasioned by Ann Waterhouse a poor person belonging to this parish who was pregnant of a Bastard child by one Charles Beshard and which woman lately died in this workhouse without being delivered which Bill amounted to the sum of three pounds nineteen shillings and six pence and also He had received of the said Charles Beshard only four guineas to pay of who said Bill & other incident changes & desired the Directions of the committee in the affair whereupon it was accordingly ordered that the said Bill be discharged by Mr Church Warden Townsend.
